In the morning


Don't forget to have breakfast before you leave home for school.
You need energy throughout the long day waiting for you.
If you can't eat early in the morning, drink a glass of warm milk with some honey or a glass of fresh fruit juice.
You will feel energitic and happy.
Try once and enjoy your school day!
